Qualification Requirements
We seek qualified professionals at various levels. BCBA positions require doctoral or master's level education with board certification to design comprehensive treatment plans and provide clinical oversight. BCaBA positions require bachelor's level education with board certification to assist in implementing behavior programs and training staff. RBT positions require completion of required training hours and passing the RBT competency assessment to provide direct, one-on-one therapy. All positions require a passion for helping individuals reach their full potential through evidence-based behavioral strategies combined with compassionate care tailored to each individual's unique needs and goals.
